Property clearance in the North East
Clearing residential properties before sale, letting, renovation or handover.
What to expect
Every clearance is different. Tell us what needs to go, what must stay and any access restrictions. We can discuss whether the job involves a single room, several rooms or a complete property.
Before your clearance
Identify documents, valuables and personal items to keep. Let us know about stairs, parking, restricted access, heavy objects and any items requiring specialist handling. We'll discuss the scope and arrange a quote.
Responsible removal
Where suitable, we aim to reuse, donate or recycle items rather than send everything to disposal. Ask us about the arrangements for your particular job.
We cover locations across Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Northumberland and the Tees Valley. Find your town or village.
